Terms of Service

SGWebGo is a website migration and hosting service operated by Axon.com.sg. We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Weebly or Square, Inc. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your plan is scoped on the basis of your current, live website — the pages, text, images and structure that exist at the time we review it. We rebuild that content on our platform and publish it at the address you choose. This "like-for-like" scope is what keeps the price fixed and the migration predictable.

Anything outside that scope is not included. Examples: new pages or new content, copywriting, logo or brand design, photography, e-commerce or payment systems, bookings, membership or login systems, custom code, integrations, multi-language versions, app development, ongoing marketing or SEO campaigns, and content that cannot be recovered because it no longer exists on the source site.

Where you need any of that, Axon.com.sg can help under a separate quoted package. Just ask us at hello@axon.com.sg and we will scope it for you before any work starts.

You confirm that you are the owner of the website you submit, or that you are authorised by the owner to request its migration, and that you own or have the right to use all content, images, fonts and trademarks on it. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and licensing of your content.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out through your account or CMS login.

We do not tolerate abuse of our platform. You may not use SGWebGo hosting, subdomains, email or the CMS for any of the following:

• Anything illegal under Singapore law, or unlawful in the jurisdiction the content targets.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene or adult content of any kind.
• Online gambling, casino, betting, lottery or similar wagering services.
• Scams, phishing, fake shops, get-rich-quick, MLM, loan-shark or money-mule activity.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited email or SMS, harvested mailing lists, or link-farm and doorway pages.
• Malware, viruses, hacking tools, cracked software, or attempts to probe or attack any system.
• Hate speech, harassment, violent extremism, or content that endangers or exploits minors.
• Sale of drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen data or other restricted items.
• Copyright, trademark or personal-data infringement.
• Crypto mining, proxying, torrent or file-dump hosting, or any use that degrades shared resources.

We may refuse, suspend or permanently terminate any request, account or website that breaches this policy — immediately and without refund — and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant Singapore authorities. We may also remove specific content while keeping the rest of the site online. Our judgement on what constitutes a breach is final.

Submitting a request does not create a payment obligation. We confirm scope and price with you first. Yearly fees are payable in advance and renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees paid are non-refundable once migration work has begun, except where required by law.

Free plans for students and charity based organisations are granted at our discretion, may require proof of eligibility, and may be withdrawn if the plan is misused or the site is used commercially.

Free yourname.sgwebgo.com addresses remain the property of Axon.com.sg and are provided for use with an active plan. We may reclaim a subdomain that is unused, abandoned, misleading, infringing or in breach of these terms. Custom domains you own remain yours; we can assist with connection or registration, and registrar fees are separate.

Dates relating to the Weebly wind-down are published by Weebly and may change without notice. We do our best to complete migrations well ahead of them, but we are not liable for content that becomes unrecoverable because a source site was taken offline, deleted or made private before we could copy it. The earlier you start, the safer your content.

We take reasonable steps to keep your website online, secure and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon.com.sg is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or loss of search rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the current service year.

You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period and we can provide an export of your content on request. We may suspend a site for non-payment, or terminate immediately for a breach of section 4. After termination we may delete site data following a reasonable retention period.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
