Privacy Policy

When you submit a migration request we collect your name, company, email, mobile number, current website address, preferred new address, domain preference and any comments you provide. If you create an account we also store your login email and basic profile details.

Our lookup tool searches a directory of publicly listed Singapore Weebly websites. Business contact details in that directory are held privately and are visible only to our internal team. If you are a listed business and want your record removed, email hello@axon.com.sg and we will remove it.

We use your information solely to assess and deliver your migration, to contact you about your request, to issue invoices, to provide support, and to detect and prevent abuse of our platform. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

We rely on trusted providers for hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to run the service. Some may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection under the PDPA.

Data is stored in secure, access-controlled systems, with access restricted to authorised Axon.com.sgstaff. We keep request and account data for as long as your plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and dispute-handling obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

We may retain and disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, spam or illegal content, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to comply with Singapore law and lawful requests from authorities.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@axon.com.sg. We respond within a reasonable time as required by the PDPA.

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.
